SPORTS & CULTURAL
FACILITIES
The college provides sports facilities to the students. The college organizes annual sports week in the month of January every year. The students participate in different types of events. Sports events like 100 mtr/200mtr Running race, Putting the shot, High/Long jump, Skipping, Musical chair etc. are conducted. Cultural events are also conducted. Sports & cultural events of our college really help the students for the al round development of the students.
LIBRARY
The Library of this college possesses a good number of collections of Books, Periodicals, Newspapers, Magazines, Book materials which are arranged subject wise and the reference section has been arranged separately. The Library membership and facilities are extended to all the banafied students and staff. Access to the Library and books shelves are open to staff and students during prescribed time.
GENERAL RULES
- Opening Hours: The Library remains open during all working day from 10.30 AM to 4.45 P.M. except on Sundays and holidays
- Issue and Return Hours: Issue and return of books are entertained in between 10.30 AM to 4.45 P.M only. The days of issue and return of Books will be notified by the Principal from time to time.
- Students and members of the staff can enter the Library. Personal holdings like books, bags, purses etc. are not allowed inside the Library
- No person shall enter the Library without identity Card / permission of the Librarian.
- Discipline shall be strictly maintained in the Library premises while consulting and borrowing books.
- The students can take books on production of the valid Library card before the librarian. The students are instructed not to torn any page/pages of the books. The books taken by the students must be returned to the library in proper condition. The students will be charged with Rupees three times of the books if the books are found torn or missing. College leaving certificates will not be issued to the students if library clearance is not produced before the section.
COMMON ROOM
The college provides common room for (Separate Boys and Girls Common Rooms) Girls students of the College for healthy recreation and personal contact among the students. There is provision for a few indoor games for the common room. Newspapers and Journals in Odia and English are also placed in the common room. One peon is attached to the common room to attend and to see the small needs of the students. The principal nominates two members among the staff to remain in charge of the common room. Two student Secretaries and two Assistant Secretaries are to be elected from among the students. The students are advised to maintain strict discipline inside the common room. They are advised not to make any type of damage to the items placed in the student common room.
N.S.S
The National Service Scheme in this College is directly controlled by Berhampur University. There are Three units (Female Unit) of the N.S.S, having strength of 300 students.
Eligibility of Membership in N.S.S.
The students of all the classes are eligible to join. It is voluntary at present.

Programmes under this scheme:
Various programmes are undertaken namely, Literacy drive, physical work, health and sanitary drive in the local places socio-economic problems, for example: untouchability, child marriage, fire, famine, flood, deforestation and proper publicity of Govt. Schemes etc. some steps are taken up to strengthen the case of National Integration. Programmes shall be implemented to bridge the gap between student youths and non-student youths in village.
Incentives to the student-members of N.S.S
- Allowance of conveyance, food and refreshment.
- Award of certificates, medals to distinguished N.S.S. members at the College, State and National levels.
- Preference in matters of education/employment.
- Opportunity to participate in N.S.S programmes held in state level and thus enabling students to visit other places.
- Proper publication of the works.
- Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited inside the college premises. If any student found in such activities may be debarred from the college after issuing the College Leaving Certificate having bad conduct and character. Legal action may be taken against the student who is found guilty
